With Analytics, you can keep track of customers’ movement history by analysing their activities on Catalog Bar.

Follow the steps below to analyse your customers on Analytics page:

Click on hamburger icon  on the top left of your web catalog

On the dropdown menu, click on “Analytics”

On “Analytics” page, you can filter out types of Analytics – User Analytics or Category Analytics

With User Analytic, you can view the graph representation of customers’ activities

Click on the blue area on the page to see the graph

Now, the graph is display as shown in the image below

When you hover your cursor over the graphs, you will see the users who access to Catalog Bar

You can also analyse the report in date wise by clicking on calendar icon of Select Date Range

From the dropdown options, you can choose the date from which you want to analyse the report

On the second half of the page, you can view the time log of users’ activities in date wise

You can view the duration of time the specific users spent on products and categories
