A Customer form has different types of fields – Text, Text Area, Dropdown, Checkbox, Radio Button, Customer Email, and Calendar.

All the types of fields in Customer Form is shown in the image below

With “Text” and “Text Area”, users can type the details in the field. Drop Down will show the list of options from which the users can select. Check box is used for selecting the option(s) by tick marking. Radio Button is use for selecting a précised option. Customer email is associated with emails only. Calendar is used for date wise. 

Note: Email always has “Customer Email” type of field.

You can choose the type while entering the field name. Examples of field name are Customer name, email, address, contact number.

When you done entering the details, click on "Save" button
