Follow below steps to create a pick list
- Click on “Pick List” under “Custom Forms” in the left menu bar of the CMS portal.
- Click on “+Add New Pick List” button. It will create New List.
- Rename by clicking on the name of the list
- Select the list and Enter the first value and if you want to show the value to only particular user group then add the group name else the field blank and click on "Save" to save the value
- Click on "+Add New Values" to add a new value.
- Repeat the process till you have created your list.
