There are two ways to change your password in Catalog Bar. If you’re already logged in inside the Catalog Bar CMS, your password can be changed from the Settings. Otherwise, you may click on “Forgot Password” from the login page to reset your password.

Changing your password from the Catalog Bar CMS Settings:

Click on the settings icon  on the top right corner of Catalog Bar CMS and click on “Change Password”.

You will need to type in your current password, new password and confirm the new password. Click on save button to confirm your changes.

Resetting your password from the “Forgot Password” link on the login page:

Navigate to the Catalog Bar CMS login page or the Web Catalog Login page or the Catalog Bar Mobile app login page. All three have an option to reset your password from “Forgot Password” link.

You will need to enter your registered email address and then “Send Reset Password Mail” button.

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password:

Once you click on the link, you will be navigated to the “Reset Password” page where you can enter your new password, confirm your new password, and click on “Reset” to update your password.
