Navigate to Step 3 section after selecting your category.
Select the “Excel Upload” to manage all your Excel Import/Export for this category.
Click on “Export Template” to download a template file for this category. The file downloaded may be populated with the existing product details.
After the template is downloaded, you can edit the existing product details or add new rows for adding more products. The first column must include the Category path in the format Category > Sub-Category. Rest of the columns are the product fields of the category. You may add a new column to automatically add a new product field (of type Text) in the category.
Click on “Import a file…” button to import your Excel file with the changes.
Under the same section, you can see the Import/Export history along with the “Download” link to the files used for the category. This may be used to create backups of your category product listing.
Select the Excel file from your PC and upload the file.
On the same page, you will see the activities history of the particular category.
Tips: Product fields of type “Product Variation” and “Price” cannot be imported from Excel Upload and need to be added manually from the Product Form. You may reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need help in importing multiple product variations or prices.
