You can convert a catalog user to give access to Catalog Bar.

Select “Users” from the left side Menu and click on “User Registration List” menu

On “List of Registered Users”, you can see the "Convert" button for each user

Choose the user you want to convert it and click on "Convert" button

Choose the type of purchase and click on “Next” and the transaction page will pop up

Choose the country and language from the dropdown option, enter the bank details and submit it

Now, the individual is converted to catalog user.
