A form entry in web catalog is used for viewing the sales order.

In your catalog, choose the product you want to purchase and click on the cart icon  to book the order

You can see the notification on the cart icon as shown in the image above

When you click on the cart icon, you are on the “Oder Cart” page

In “Entry” section, choose the number of items or other values of the product and click on "Submit" button to place your order

As soon as you booked the order, you received the “Details Successfully Saved!” message.
