Click on setting icon on the right top corner and click on “Billing” button
On “Catalog Users” page, click on “Purchase Users”
Choose the type of purchase and click on “Next” in the “Purchase Users” dialog box
Enter the bank details and choose your country and language from the drop-down option and submit it
