Select “Users” from the left side Menu and select “Catalog Users” from “User”

In “Catalog Bar” section, click on the “Users Upload” as shown in the image below

It automatically navigated you to the “Import & Export” page

Click on “Export Template” button to download the Excel template to your PC

Open the Excel file in your PC so that you can delete the users 

Note: You can delete multiple users on the Excel template in one go

Click on “Import a file…” button to upload the updated Excel template
