Custom forms are used for obtaining certain information about your product and brand from your clients and customers.

There are two types of custom forms – product related and non-product related form.

A product related form has both “customer field” and “product field”. The customer field may have details of the customers such as Name, Email, Address, Contact number, etc.The product field has Product Image, Product Code, Price, Quantity etc. This type of form is used for sales order management from web and mobile catalog.

A non-product related form “customer field” and no “product field”. This form is used for taking customer feedback, survey, and other inquiries.
