Select “Template Setting” from the left side Menu and click on “Web Catalog” menu 

Under “Home Page” section, click on “Theme Color” field.

Choose the desired colour from colour palette and click on "Save" button

On web catalog, users can view the colour you chose

The same process is applicable to changing background colour
