A group owner should be someone who owns a group in the catalog. The person will monitor the group activities.

Follow the steps to assign a user as group owner:

Select “Users” from the left side Menu and select “Catalog Users” from “User” menu

Choose the user from the list and click on the pencil icon  to edit the details and the “Edit Catalog Users” dialog box will pop up as shown in the image below

Click on the “Owner Group” field to assign the user as the owner of a group

Select the group the user belongs to and click on "Save" button to save the changes
