Select User Groups under Users in the left menu bar of the CMS portal and then follow below steps.

  • Click on ‘+’ button on the user group section.
  • Rename your group.
  • Select the group by clicking on it and then all your categories and sub-categories will appear in the right.
  • Click on check boxes of categories and sub-categories which you want to show to that user group.
  • Click on save button to save your user group.

This will create your user group successfully.
