Select User Groups under Users in the left menu bar of the CMS portal and then follow below steps.
- Click on ‘+’ button on the user group section.
- Rename your group.
- Select the group by clicking on it and then all your categories and sub-categories will appear in the right.
- Click on check boxes of categories and sub-categories which you want to show to that user group.
- Click on save button to save your user group.
This will create your user group successfully.
