When you click on “Import & Export” on the left menu, you are on the “Import & Export” page

Click on Export Template and download the in-built Product Template excel sheet. Edit the product information on the excel sheet and save it to your PC.

Open the Excel file to edit and update the product details and click on “Import a file…” to upload the updated excel sheet. 

Once you uploaded the template, the customers can view the updated information on their web and mobile catalog.
